Refund Policy:At Beta Reader Panel, we are committed to providing authors with valuable feedback and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be instances where clients are dissatisfied with the feedback received. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available to clients who have completed the feedback evaluation process and received their report card.Clients must submit a written request for a refund within 3 business days of receiving their report card.Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion.
  • Criteria for Refunds:
  • Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
    • The feedback provided does not meet our quality standards, including but not limited to:
      • Lack of constructive criticism or actionable feedback.Inconsistencies or contradictions in feedback provided by beta readers.
      Significant discrepancies between the feedback provided and the expectations outlined by the client in their submission instructions.
    Refunds will not be issued solely based on subjective dissatisfaction with the feedback received. We encourage clients to provide specific reasons for their dissatisfaction and may request evidence or examples to support their claim.
  • Refund Process:
  • Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request via email to [], including their name, manuscript title, and specific reasons for their dissatisfaction.Our support team will review the request and may follow up with the client for additional information or clarification.If a refund is approved, the client will receive confirmation via email along with details of the refund process.Depending on the circumstances, clients may be offered the option to have their manuscript re-evaluated by a new pod of beta readers at no additional cost.
  • Limitations:
  • Refunds will not be issued for manuscripts that have already undergone revisions or editing based on the initial feedback received.Refunds will not be granted for clients who fail to adhere to our submission guidelines or who violate our terms of service.
  • Discretionary Refunds:
  • In cases where clients do not meet all eligibility criteria but have experienced significant dissatisfaction with our service, we may offer partial refunds or credits towards future services as a gesture of goodwill.The decision to grant discretionary refunds or credits will be made at the sole discretion of Beta Reader Panel and is not guaranteed.
