Delivery of Services

  • Manuscript Submission: Upon submission of your manuscript through our website, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your submission.
  • Beta Reader Assignment: After receiving your manuscript, we will assign it to a pod of beta readers selected based on their expertise and experience relevant to the genre or niche of your manuscript.
  • Feedback Delivery: Once the beta readers have evaluated your manuscript, we will compile their feedback into a comprehensive report card. You will receive the feedback report via email within the specified timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Manuscript Evaluation: The timeframe for evaluating your manuscript by our beta readers may vary depending on factors such as manuscript length, genre, and beta reader availability. However, we strive to deliver feedback reports within 72 hours of manuscript submission.

Digital Delivery

  • Feedback Report: The feedback report will be delivered to you digitally via email in a PDF format. You may also access the report through your account dashboard on our website.

Non-Delivery

  • Submission Confirmation: If you do not receive a submission confirmation email within 1 hour of submitting your manuscript, please contact us at [support@betareaderpanel.com] to verify receipt.
  • Feedback Report: If you do not receive your feedback report within the specified timeframe, please contact us at support@betareaderpanel.com for assistance.
