Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of services provided by BetaReaderPanel (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your submission or request for beta reading services, you must submit a cancellation request in writing via email to support@betareaderpanel.com.
  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your submission or request for beta reading services at any time before your manuscript is assigned to a pod of beta readers.
  • Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your submission or request for beta reading services before your manuscript is assigned to beta readers, you may be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

Cancellation by BetaReaderPanel

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, staffing issues, or other reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the provision of services.
  • Notification: If we need to cancel or postpone the provision of services, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide information on the next steps, including rescheduling or refund options.
